CHICHAWATNI: A dealer’s demise in Chichawatni was wrongly declared as a case of Covid-19 with out ready for the laboratory report.
He was buried by officers of the Municipal Committee Chichawatni in line with coronavirus Commonplace Working Procedures (SOP).
The family members expressed extreme grief and anger after it was revealed that the demise was categorised below Covid-19 with out affirmation from the laboratory.
They appealed to the Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar to take discover of the incident.
As per particulars, Malik Mohammad Ayub, a dealer of Chichawatni New Bazaar, was shifted to Sahiwal District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital in a vital situation by his household, after the well being division and Rescue 1122 service refused to shift the affected person.
The affected person died inside 24 hours of hospitalisation. After his demise, the hospital administration refused handy over the physique to his heirs.
