Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi on Wednesday held talks in Cairo with Libyan warlord Khalifa Haftar.

Aquila Saleh, speaker of the east Libya-based parliament, and Egyptian spy chief Abbas Kamel had been additionally current on the assembly.
