SAN FRANCISCO – Elon Musk on Friday introduced that Twitter will launch its new verification service from subsequent week with a brand new color coding system for classes of people, authorities and corporations accounts.

He mentioned that blue tick might be given to verified accounts of people, a gray tick for “government” and a gold tick for firms.
“Gold check for companies, grey check for government, blue for individuals (celebrity or not) and all verified accounts will be manually authenticated before check activates,” he wrote.
Musk termed the method “painful” however added that it’s needed as he goals at hunting down the pretend accounts.
The announcement comes because the Tesla proprietor on Thursday introduced a ‘general amnesty’ for the banned accounts supplied that that they had not violated the legislation.
