MUMBAI – A senior Nationalist Congress Social gathering chief, who has been accused of rape by singer Renu Sharma says he’s being blackmailed.
In a press release on his Fb account, Maharashtra cupboard minister Dhananjay Munde mentioned Renu is the sister of his mistress Karuna Sharma with whom he had been in a consensual relationship since 2003.
Munde claimed that he had two kids with Karuna and that his household and associates know of them and have accepted them as members of the family. The politician mentioned he had lodged a criticism with the police in November 2020 after the 2 sister and their brother had began blackmailing him and tried to extort cash from him.
Renu Sharma had posted an image on her social media of a criticism she had submitted with the Mumbai Police wherein she had accused Munde of rape beneath the pretext of marriage.

The singer has appealed for security as she fears for her life.
