Kidnapped professor returns residence

QUETTA: Professor Dr Liaquat Sani of the Balochistan College, who was kidnapped from the Chuto space of Mastung two days in the past, returned residence safely on Monday.

“Dr Sani reached home safe and sound,” his members of the family confirmed to the media.

Nonetheless, no official assertion was issued by the authorities involved about how the professor was launched by his kidnappers.

Sources mentioned that the tribal elders of Mastung district performed a job in his launch. They mentioned that the elders and tribal personalities of the realm approached the abductors and after negotiation they succeeded in getting the professor launched.

Dr Liaquat Sani, together with two different academics of the Balochistan College, was kidnapped whereas they have been travelling of their automotive in the direction of Khuzdar for inspection of an examination centre. The armed males kidnapped them from the Chuto space of Mastung at gunpoint.

Later the abductors launched two professors in an deserted space and took Dr Sani with them.

Dr Sani didn’t discuss to the media about his kidnapping.
