RAWALPINDI: Police in Rawalpindi has claimed to have arrested the alleged ringleader of a gang which killed two policemen at a picket in Islamabad final month.
Rawalpindi police officers stated that the suspect had been arrested from Taxila. Later, throughout interrogation, the suspect allegedly disclosed the names of his accomplices as nicely. The Rawalpindi police shared this info with the Islamabad Police who arrested three suspects.
Police, nevertheless, have refused to reveal the identities of the suspects at this level, stating that investigations are ongoing.
The police officers stated that every one the suspects are recognized criminals and confessed to committing robberies and mugging in several areas of the garrison metropolis.
