ISLAMABAD: The Securities and Change Fee of Pakistan (SECP) registered 2,365 new firms in September, indicating a rise of 69 per cent as in comparison with corresponding interval final yr.

Throughout September, international funding has been reported in 43 new firms. These firms have international traders from, Australia, China, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Iran, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, the UK, america and Yemen.
The very best numbers of firms, i.e. 812 have been registered in Islamabad, adopted by 764 and 348 firms registered in Lahore and Karachi respectively.
SECP’s Firm Registration Workplaces in Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, Quetta and Sukkur registered 183, 97, 64, 62, 33 and a pair of firms, respectively.
