Japanese automaker Suzuki Motor Corp (7269.T) stated on Tuesday it had reached an settlement with SkyDrive Inc to make “flying cars”.
The businesses will use a Suzuki Group manufacturing facility in central Japan to make electrical vertical take-off and touchdown (eVTOL) plane and intention to start manufacturing by round spring subsequent 12 months, Suzuki stated in a press release.
SkyDrive will set up a completely owned subsidiary to make the plane and Suzuki will assist with preparations for the manufacturing, together with securing expertise, the automaker stated.
