WhatsApp, the Meta-owned social messaging utility, is rolling out a characteristic most customers have been ready for.
Customers will not need to kind a bunch to ship messages to themselves as WhatsApp is introducing its “Message Yourself” characteristic for its iOS and Android customers. The characteristic was initially rolled out for beta testers, however will now be accessible for everybody, in accordance with GSMArena.
The characteristic lets customers message themselves because the chat is just accessible and visual to them. It can enable them to publish and save something on their finish together with textual content, images, movies, voice notes, save hyperlinks, contact playing cards, and add paperwork like they do whereas chatting with others.
Different related functions resembling Telegram already had this characteristic since its launch.
“WhatsApp only publicly started testing this feature back in October. Some users have managed to work around its absence in the past by creating a group and then removing other members to essentially create a private chat for yourself,” GSMArena reported.
