GENEVA – World Well being Group (WHO) member states have agreed to launch an investigation into its coronavirus response.
On the annual assembly in Geneva, WHO member nations adopted a decision calling for an “impartial, independent and comprehensive evaluation” of the worldwide response and the measures taken by the company.
Each the USA (US) and China voted for the decision tabled by the European Union (EU).
Earlier, US President Donald Trump threatened to give up the UN company and branded it a “puppet of China” and threatened to make everlasting a brief freeze on US funding to the UN company.
In response, Beijing and Moscow accused the US of making an attempt to wreck the WHO for political ends.
